Xiaomi has launched its Mi A3 smartphone in India on 21st August 2019. The Xiaomi Mi A3 is an Android One smartphone which is powered by a Snapdragon 665 processor, 4GB of RAM, 128GB of UFS 2.1 storage and has a 6.088-inch HD+ display with slim bezels and a small notch at the top. The phone has powerful cameras and is affordably priced. The phone is the successor to the Mi A2 and is the company's third smartphone based on Google's Android One programme.

Design
The MI A3 comes with a 6.08-inch HD+ display with 720x1560 pixels resolution, a 19.5:9 aspect ratio and a waterdrop-style notch. The device is available in three colour options including "Not Just Blue", "More Than White", and "Kind of Gray". The phone has sleek dimensions of 153.5 x 71.9 x 8.5 mm and weighs 173.8 grams. The phone comes with Gorilla Glass protection against scratches.
Performance
The Mi A3 runs Android Pie and being an Android One handset, it comes with a stock experience. The phone is powered by a Qualcomm snapdragon 665 soc and 4GB of RAM. It can handle most tasks with ease, whether it's gaming, browsing the web or multimedia. It has an octa-core CPU (4x2.0 GHz Kryo 260 Gold & 4x1.8 GHz Kryo 260 Silver) and Adreno 610 GPU. Backed by Google’s Android One program the phone will get all the latest updates automatically.
Camera
The Mi A3 flaunts a triple rear camera setup which consists of a 48MP primary sensor with an f/1.79 lens, an 8MP secondary sensor with a 118-degree wide-angle f/1.79 lens, and a 2 MP tertiary sensor for depth sensing. It has a 32MP selfie camera along with an f/2.0 lens. The phone comes with an LED flash, HDR, and panorama. The device can click excellent images even in dim light conditions. The AI-enabled camera is capable of clicking beautiful images and makes sure each selfie comes out perfect.
Battery and Storage
The Mi A3 has a powerful 4030 mAh battery and comes with support for fast charging. It has 64GB of internal storage which is expandable via a microSD card slot. Connectivity options on the phone include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.0, USB Type-C, GPS/ A-GPS, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It has an in-display fingerprint sensor.
